While most matcha is blended from multiple cultivars and farms to achieve a uniform flavour, we choose a different path. At Maison Maizen, we honour purity and simplicity, allowing the beauty of nature and the deep wisdom, skill, and dedication of our farmers to shine through.

Unlike regular green tea, matcha involves consuming the whole leaf in powdered form, delivering a far more concentrated dose of nutrients.
